1972 911T Targa

Color: Viper Green
From: Hendersonville, NC

Purchased the car in 2006 with 3 shades of green and the matching number engine smoked badly. I decided to go the Preservation route which was to keep as much of the original car as i could. The outside paint was not original so i had it media blasted to metal but kept the wheel wells, frunk and engine bay as it came from the factory. Repaired a small rust area behind the passenger seat by replacing the rear half of the floor pan but that was it the rest of the car was in good shape. Rebuilt the engine and replaced all the rubber gaskets, chromed the window channels and had the Targa top rebuilt. The car is a factory air car but i have disconnected it for the time being. Most everything was completed by 2016.
